"Nothing tastes as good as being in shape feels."


Diet, more than any other aspect of fitness, requires a very individual focus.  I've developed a spectrum of nutrition plans to optimize your individualization, goals and budget.  There are four general plans to choose from as we build your customized program.
  1. Basic plan - 49:  This program is great for those seeking a general food list and introduces you to smaller, more frequent meals spaced throughout the day.  It focuses on meal spacing to increase your metabolism, and ensures you have the right balance of macronutrients to fuel your workouts.  Not all portion sizes are listed since it is designed for someone who does not want to measure their food or count their calories.  Here's a sample of a basic nutrition program
     
  2. Tracking template - 79:  To reach a weight change goal it's very helpful to have a good handle on the numbers.  Calories in vs. calories out (with your activity level factored in) is what it's all about.  This plan creates a software based "perfect" day based on your goal (lose/gain/maintain), complete with all foods for the day itemized with macronutrient breakdowns.  You'll know serving sizes & calories, carbs, pro., and fat for every meal, adding up to your daily totals.  With the template you can then build your own "perfect" days for variety.  This plan is great for those comfortable with the free software program that I can set you up with in order to see if it will work for you.  
     
  3. Tracking template & tutor - 99:  Includes your "perfect" day as explained above, plus a 1 hour session to go over your plan and teach you everything you need to know to build your own additional days with the software.  This tutor session can be conducted in person, or online/phone for my distant clients.
     
  4. Platinum package - 199:  Sit back, relax, and I'll build you a whole "perfect week" of meals that will be right on target for your goals.  You'll get seven days of meals that add up to your specific caloric needs.  Additional weeks are $100/each. 
     
  • All packages require a little homework on your part before we can begin.  I'll have a checklist to go over with you to help you make your choice, and you'll have to fill out this food log for a few days so I can get an idea of where we are starting from.
     
  • *These packages all build off of each other.  Therefore, feel free to upgrade to a higher level package at anytime throughout the process.
