Need an update to your current training routine or diet?
Online training offers flexible and effective options. Through a wide variety of means we can conduct consultations to develop and monitor your program. Whether it's a new routine, diet plan, or question-and-answer session, we can conduct our sessions over the phone, email, instant message, or video conference through Skype.
As an example, we could develop an individual workout program for a 12-week period. These workouts would be based on our initial discussions and would include built-in variation to enable maximum results, while preventing plateaus or boredom. Periodically scheduled consultations would be used to monitor your progess and track your milestones.
Already know how to workout but just need some help with the fuel?
Why not try an individualized nutritional program? These can be in addition to, or in lieu of, a workout routine. You may be happy with your workouts but might need help with fueling your body properly for the best results. During a 12-week period I would provide a detailed meal plan, including what to eat, when to eat, and how to track it all. These timelines are just an example, your personal program would be tailored to meet your needs.
The general stucture of these programs include:
- Initial consultation: Please be prepared to describe a typical week's workout/activities and diet. The more details you have about what you do and what you eat, the quicker we can get to charting out where you need to go. Try this nutrition log to prepare for our first meeting/consultation.
- Setting course: After I have your initial inputs I'll need some time to create your individual program. Once we are all set, we will meet again to get you going and answer all of your questions about how to execute the plan.
- Follow ups: Depending upon your needs (and budget) we will arrange sessions to review your progress, in which I'll adjust your routine as required to continue to maximize your results.
- Then what? Goals achieved only lead to bigger and better goals to set. Where do you want to go? Long distance runs/races? Triathalons? The figure or bodybuliding stage? A career in fitness? - Prices for these services are totally dependent on your needs, but my standard hourly rate for putting together programs, diets, and consulting is 30/hr. All services can be paid for via Paypal on the Site Store page.
